Baby Steps Fitness: Connect!

Join us for a morning of baby-free connection, light movement, speakers in the pelvic health and postpartum industry and delicious local treats!

**Registration required** How else will we know how many tacos are needed?

Morning Breakdown:

  • A quick breath work and pelvic health warm up
  • 30 minutes of body-weight movement focusing on core and glute strengthening. (modifications for pregnant, newly postpartum, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence or prolapse)
  • Tacos, Blenders & Bowls, Coffee (no kids = uninterrupted snacks and hot coffee- YES PLEASE!)
  • A few short talks including Jessica from Lady Bird PT and Jeanne from I Am Nurtured
  • Time to connect with Austin’s amazing postpartum community.

What to bring:

  • yourself
  • water
  • a yoga mat
  • good vibes

This event is donation optional with a recommended $5-15 donation. 100% of proceeds will support GALS, a non-profit organization in Austin, TX supporting underserved birthing people and families.

How to find us: We’ll be set up by Rock Island in the middle of Zilker Park. Never heard of it? No worries. When you get to Zilker you’ll see a big rock formation in the middle of the park. We’ll be there!
