Stitches In Your Side? Straighten Up!

Are stitches in your side forcing you to cut your runs short? They appear as if from no where and don’t seem to want to disappear until you’ve stopped and can breathe slowly, which makes it pretty hard to get a good workout in.

The diaphragm has usually gotten the blame for these painful stitches, but a recent study suggests that bad posture is the likely culprit, as people who slouched were more likely to experience side stitches.
