Austin Parks Foundation is proud to relaunch Fitness in the Park live and in person this summer.
Fitness in the Park is set to take place every other Saturday beginning July 9. The series aims to encourage community activity through engaging classes and different fitness styles. Free classes are led by certified instructors from It’s Time Texas and accommodate all levels of fitness and abilities.
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and international music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
