We’re Thrilled to Bring Back Fitness in the Park!
Austin Parks Foundation is proud to relaunch Fitness in the Park live and in person this summer.
Fitness in the Park is set to take place every other Saturday beginning July 9. The series aims to encourage community activity through engaging classes and different fitness styles. Free classes are led by certified instructors from It’s Time Texas and accommodate all levels of fitness and abilities.
This class incorporates kickboxing techniques with an intense cardio workout.
