Routine:
Execute just like the song, 12 Days of Christmas:
- Do one push-up. (Sub push-up for a partridge in a pear tree)
- Do two reverse lunges and one push-up.
- Do three sumo squats, two reverse lunges and one push-up.
- Do four shoulder taps in plank, three sumo squats, two reverse lunges and one push-up — you get the idea..
