Simi Estiatorio Announces Executive Chef

The Simi Estiatorio team announced recently that their soon-to-open Greek concept has hired Diego Sanchez to lead the restaurant as Executive Chef. Having been slated to open in 2019, the long awaited Downtown Greek-inspired addition to the Austin food scene is much anticipated.
