Hopscotch Announces ‘Hop-Up’ Pop-Up

Hopscotch, a uniquely curated immersive art experience by Nicole Jensen and Hunter Inman, is excited to announce a new restaurant incubator series, Hop-Up.

They is currently soliciting proposals for unique pop-up food concepts to be included in its inaugural Hop-Up series benefiting the San Antonio Food & Wine Alliance (SAFWA). The local pop-ups that join Hop-Up will only be charged 1,000 dollars in rent and are given the opportunity to test out a long-term service style.
