Event Details

Taiji Chuan is an ancient system of exercise, meditation, and martial art that unites mind and body. Instructor Mark Thompson has studied Tai Chi since 1983 with senior students of Cheng Man-ch’ing in North America and Taiwan.

Come join us in Edward Rendon Park every Sunday morning! Free sections / Drop ins are hosted 10-11 am! If you want to stick around for formal Heaven Man Earth class, section starts at 11-12!
