Event Details

Everyone wants shapely, toned arms and legs and firm abs.

 

Challenge your core, add in some reps for the arms and legs, do it regularly, and after several weeks you will notice a change in your body!

 

Developing strong arms, legs and abs is achieved through consistent training. The more you come the better the results! To maximize results, incorporating abdominal work with arm work leads to a more efficient workout, increased metabolic burn and greater satisfaction.
