Join visiting instructor Gioconda for this four-week progressive
series to help kick-start your yoga and meditation practice. Each week
will build on the week prior, helping you to re-establish your vinyasa
yoga practice and meditation practice. Explore your connection to breath
both on and off the yoga mat, build strength and resilience in your
body and mind, and center in health and well-being as you begin a new
year in your long and beautiful life.

Gioconda has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20
years. She was the lead teacher in the first teacher training program in
a prominent Austin yoga studio, and has continued to lead and develop
more training programs and international retreats. Gioconda has a
Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology, and is a Somatic Experiencing
Practitioner since 2016.
Gioconda teaches Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Partnered Thai Massage,
meditation and pranayama, the foundations of Ayurveda, and is
well-studied in the Yoga Sutras and other significant yogic texts. She
is an eternal student, and has found this supports her continued passion
for teaching and mentoring.
