The Pilates Mat Workout is one of the best things you can do for your body. Mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level which makes this a challenging class for anyone. 

Today’s class takes you through a series of exercises that are done on the floor (mat) without Pilates machines but providing the same attention to core muscles.

Feel stronger both mentally and physically with this weekly class.
