Pop Pilates is a great fitness class with Pilates-inspired movements combined with fun, upbeat pop music.   POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that will sculpt your core and help you work towards a leaner body like nothing else can.   NO IMPACT WORKOUT.   Come strengthen and tone in POP Pilates!
