Tabata | High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (Mat required) Description

Sweat and fun DO go together!

 

Tabata is a high intensity interval training. It is body-changing! Rounds of high intensity exercises that are performed 20 seconds at a time with 10 second breaks in between.

 

It is super fun and it is very effective! After the first few weeks of attending you will see changes to your body.

 

If you’re looking for a new program to add to your routine, you may want to give Tabata try. HIIT!

 

Start any time and come when you can. A great Monday workout!
