Using the principles of yoga, you’ll be guided through a thorough stretch and conditioning class that focuses on lengthening the muscles and toning the body. With some fun tunes in the background you can expect to break a sweat and feel revitalized by the end of class.

 

This could be your new favorite way to release tension and stress at the end of a work day, or relax and stretch before taking a dance class.
