Event Details

Pilates focuses on the core, but this resistance band workout offers 45 minutes of the same benefits you would get from a classic Pilates reformer workout, only on a mat and with a resistance band.

Resistance bands*—Thera-bands®—are used to create exercises that stabilize your core and strengthen your body. This workout will challenge you, work on your strength, and allow you to reduce tension through stretching.

Start any time and come when you can. Offered weekly on Monday mornings.
