If you’re looking for an cardio, high energy exercise class then Cardio Barre Workout is for you.

 

Heart rate interval training with a mind body style.

During the class you will move through ballet barre exercises, yoga flows, low and high impact movements.

 

Sweat, work and connect!

 

A great workout to do on a regular basis for toned body results.

 

Weights are used during class. Modifications as needed!

 

Great downtown location. Start any time and come when you can!
