Foam rollers are versatile props that help us to loosen up before a
workout, reduce muscle soreness afterward, decrease exercise recovery
time, AND improve how we move.
Join Dr. Larry Goldfarb to learn new and innovative ways to use the
foam roller. This two-day Feldenkrais® workshop is about accessing your
brain’s innate and lifelong ability to change. Being on a surface that
moves when you move heightens your alertness, and amplifies what usually
goes unnoticed. Foam Roller Revolution will turn your roller into a
tool for rediscovering and relying on your axis, the midline. Larry will
guide you through carefully designed sequences that can rebalance the
entire neuromuscular system.
These guided movement lessons are engaging, challenging, and safe.
All levels of movers are welcome to participate. The emphasis is on
practical techniques and insights you can take with you and incorporate
