in your inner world and your outer life. This 3-week series is packed
with valuable tools to use anywhere/anytime to bring your best self
forward. 

Sessions include functional movement, circular
movements of the joints, breath work, and practical tools you can start
using right away. Note: This is not a yoga practice;
movement is accessible for all bodies, including those recovering from
injury. No prior yoga experience needed. Each week comes with an
easy-to-reference PDF so you can take what you learn with you into your
week.

Meet Gioconda
Gioconda
has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. She was the
lead teacher in the first teacher training program in a prominent Austin
yoga studio, and has continued to lead and develop more training
programs and international retreats. Gioconda has a Master’s Degree in
Spiritual Psychology, and is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner since
2016.
