Every body feels better with Pilates — when you learn the system of bodyweight movements that strengthen, stretch, stabilize and mobilize your core and joints, you’ll feel more focused, in control and in tune with your body.
We offer in-person classes at our “pop-up” studio in SW Austin, the Circle C Ranch Community Center at 7817 La Crosse Ave, 78739.
Classes are Tue and Thur at 6:15am and 7:30am.
The Pilates Method is a system and approach to movement featuring a series of bodyweight exercises that work together to promote strength, control, mobility, and flexibility. We teach an open level Pilates mat class with the classical mat exercises and contemporary variations to challenge all bodies and fitness levels.
Please bring your own mat, water bottle and wear socks, preferably sticky or “grip” socks (available on Amazon).
All classes are booked and paid via mobile app called PocketSuite.
