Join us every Saturday morning from the 2nd-floor foyer, overlooking Shoal Creek, every Saturday morning at Austin Proper Hotel for a revitalizing vinyasa to reset your mind, body, and soul. Liz Davis’ intuitive 60-minute practice is designed to bring students back to their center – guiding them to a deeper level of physical and emotional awareness.
The class is intended for participants of all levels
Each reservation includes access to Austin Proper’s state-of -the-art gym and spa showers until 1 pm. Yoga mats, towels, Richard’s Rainwater, and fresh juice will be provided. Please check-in at the hotel front desk upon arrival.
