Combining cardio and strength in one suspension unit with endless
combinations, the Primal7 can help you to reach success in your fitness
By design, the Primal7 is geared for all fitness levels. We will work
in small groups to maximize attention to your form and progress
throughout the 6-week series.
Recommended attire: Shoes with good grip, knee-length leggings/long shorts.

About Robert Reed:
an ACE certified Elite level personal trainer, 5th generation 7th
degree black belt in Kajukenbo self defense system, and 2nd degree black
belt in American Kenpo. He pulls from his experience in athletics and
martial arts to give a unique workout that will challenge your limits!
Robert’s classes are as entertaining as they are difficult. He will push
you beyond your limits, but it’s also his charm that keeps his devoted
clients coming back.
