Event Details

This class will focus on all of the great principles of a Pilates mat workout using props such as bands, light hand weights, foam rollers, and balls.

 

This class will help develop a strong inner core while toning, sculpting and strengthening the muscles throughout your body. Improve circulation, stimulate the spine, and feel great all over.

Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a mat and band. We provide the rest of the props.
