Event Details

The Pilates Mat Workout is one of the best things you can do for your body. Mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level which makes this a challenging class for anyone. The class introduces you to the Pilates method which can be practiced on a mat or on a machine (reformer).

 

This class takes you through a series of exercises that are done on the floor (mat) without Pilates machines but providing the same attention to core muscles.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT. Taught by Certified Pilates Instructor.
