Have you heard about all the benefits of
lifting heavier weights but don’t know where to start? This series is
for you! We will be learning basic barbell lifts such as: barbell back
squat, bent over rows, deadlifts, landmine presses, Romanian deadlifts
and more. Lifts can be modified to meet any level.
There will also be a Barbell Fundamentals 12-week workout offered for purchase.

GET RESULTS WITH BARBELLS: 12-WEEK WORKOUT
This is a 12-week scaleable, repeatable workout for women that will
improve strength, increase lean mass, and improve tone. You’ll be able
to choose a 2-day, 3-day or 4-day-per-week option. Suggestions for rep
ranges and rest times will be presented based on goals.
