SATURDAY

Chakra Basics: The Foundation for Balance and Harmony

Learn all about the chakra system, and how imbalances of each
chakra show up in our bodies and in our lives. Learn to approach your
own wellness through the lens of the chakra system, and leave with
practical tools and resources on how you can apply this knowledge into
your own wellness journey. This portion of the workshop will be a mix of
lecture and practice, and is open to anyone who is interested in
learning more about the chakras.

SUNDAY

Practical Application of Chakra Theory for Wellness Professionals

Building upon the principles learned and discussed on Saturday,
we will take a deeper dive into modern and practical application of how
to use the chakra system to identify and address common complaints in
your wellness clients. This portion of the training will be focused
around the wellness professionals in the room so you can leave with
practical tools and resources to add to your “toolbox” when working with
your clients. This part of the training is geared towards wellness
professionals, and attendance on Saturday is a pre-requisite.
