Tap dance is for any age, but is a perfect dance style to learn as an adult. It is a great workout, strengthening the legs and feet, while increasing mobility in the hips, knees, and ankles. It improves balance and coordination. It is also extremely beneficial to cognitive functioning. (good for the brain!)
