Tap has a rich history that began over 100 years ago and is still a favorite today for adults of all ages. This tap workshop is designed for adults to learn tap dance from the very beginning. The focus is on learning single tap steps, then incorporating the steps into a series of combinations. It’s so much fun, and easy to pick up.
Tap dance is for any age, but is a perfect dance style to learn as an adult. It is a great workout, strengthening the legs and feet, while increasing mobility in the hips, knees, and ankles.
