These courses are designed for students who have already completed a 200-hour training and are looking to deepen their knowledge and skills as yoga teachers.
As with any yoga teacher training program, it’s important to research and compare different courses to find the one that best meets your needs and budget. You may want to consider factors such as the curriculum, the qualifications of the teaching staff, the location and facilities, and the reviews and recommendations of previous students. to calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). This is a
healthy and joyful way to understand how your metabolism works (it’s
different for everyone)!
When you understand your metabolic adaptation, you’ll be able to
adjust your caloric intake to your specific goals whether that’s weight
loss, weight gain, or maintaining your body weight. Unlike other fads or
diets, this method doesn’t encourage extreme restriction, but instead
celebrates a unique and scientific understanding of your body in a way
that helps promote sustained and lifelong changes.
Sonya will provide examples of how to calculate your Total Daily
Energy Expenditure (TDEE) by coverings the basics of understanding your
basal metabolic rate, thermic effect of feeding, exercise energy

Students should have pointe shoes but are also welcome to
