"Here in Central Texas, we have so many incredible outdoor activities available right outside our doorstep. Whether I’m enjoying a morning cup of coffee on my back porch, taking a stroll around the block or playing a round of golf, I try to take time to appreciate the sights and sounds of the Texas outdoors any chance I get."
Hear Jason Boydston, the director of golf at @wolfdancergolfclub at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa, chat about all the reasons golf makes for a great outdoor sport.

The Austin Heart and Stroke Walk is back this year on October 16!
The purpose of this walk is to celebrate heart and stroke survivors, raise lifesaving funds, and promote a culture of physical health and mental well-being. The Heart Walk's premiere event raises funds to save lives from heart disease and stokes – which are the No. 1 and No. 5 killers in the U.S.
❤️ The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes per week of moderate- intensity aerobic activity OR 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity.
🏋️ In addition to this, the Association recommends two days of moderate-to high-intensity muscle-strengthening activity weekly.
Find the link in our story to find out more about this impactful event and how to get involved. See you there, Austin!
