Stressed? Your Diet May be an Attributing Factor

By Press Release – November 4, 2011

Stress can negatively affect us in many ways including our sleep patterns, health and well-being, and even our life span – so naturally we want to reduce stress in any ways possible. Nutrition is not the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to coping with stress, but it plays a surprisingly important role. You can learn more about the relationship between nutrition and stress at part 6 of the workshop series: Discover Optimal Health with Health Coach, Kate Brodsky. The workshop will be held at Castle Hill Fitness at 7pm on November 17th or 2pm November 19th. Check out Castle Hill’s web calendar for more information or simply click here if you’re interested in attending – the workshop is $25.
