Spicy Peach Salsa

Use the best of the season for this flavorful condiment

What You Need

  • 4 cups peaches, diced

  • 1 jalapeño, minced

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 2 tablespoons white   wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • ½  red onion, diced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Pinch of salt

How to Make It

  1. Remove pit from peaches, cut fruit into very small cubes, and place in medium bowl.

  2. Finely dice jalapeño. 

  3. Add jalapeño, tomato, and onion to peaches.

  4. Add honey and vinegar to peaches, stir, and add a pinch of salt.

Makes 8 servings

Serve with chips or over grilled vegetables, chicken, or fish.
