Walking is the most underrated form of exercise.
Research shows that placing one foot in front of the other leads to some seriously impressive mental and physical benefits. So come walk with us!
Once you commit to walking, we will provide motivation and support to help you stick with it.
You may consider yourself in pretty good shape, but walking is so good for you; offering exercise, mindfulness in the morning outdoors, and a social component!
You will be pushed! This is not a stroll. We will be trucking along at a fast pace.
