Bring your baby and your baby carrier and head to the ballet barre for a 45-minute barre workout that offers a blend of Pilates conditioning and barre fitness principles. Exactly what you need to get back into shape.
Moms enjoy a low impact-toning workout while babies experience movement, rocking motions, soothing music and added time close to mom’s body. The perfect combination to rock your baby to sleep and keep you active and involved.
This Babywearing Barre workout is great for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.
Expecting moms who want to get a jump on their postpartum conditioning are welcome! (just make sure you check with your doctor about participating in a prenatal workout)

We also welcome babywearing dads, nannies, grandparents, and other care givers.
Bring a comfortable and secure baby carrier with support for baby and mom. Wear comfortable workout clothing, ballet shoes or sneakers, and bring a water bottle.
For a most successful experience, bring your baby fed and dressed so they do not become too warm during the workout.
