If you’re not quite sure what yoga is all about, if you’re slightly intimidated by yoga, or if you just need a good understanding of the yoga poses and vocabulary, this six-week course is for you. Whether your “Downward Dog” needs a tune-up or you’re ready to try a handstand, you will see improvements in your confidence and yoga practice.
