Description:
Within Using an integrated mind, body and spirit approach, this program offers a “tool-box” of practices to help you become present in your own life and move towards compassion for all beings. This six-week series of two-hour classes is based on current research in the field of stress reduction. You will experience centering meditation, reflection, Qigong, relaxation exercises and a study of psychological methods for managing emotions.
