This nationwide fundraiser benefits breast

and 25 percent go to the national foundation.
Last year’s race included 16,000 participants

During August, the Wildflower Center and Texas Parks and Wildlife
present Environmentally Friendly Golfing. Golf courses provide
wide-open spaces, recreation and much-needed wildlife and
