T’ai Chi Ch’uan. T’ai chi is a choreographed set of martial art postures that are designed to increase one’s power and agility. Bliss Yoga. According to Rama Berch, if you are not sure what bliss is, you will know by the end of this week with her. Originator of Svaroopa Yoga (svaroopa is Sanskrit for bliss), Berch teaches that bliss is your natural state.
