Check out our five-week women’s self-defense seminar called Realistic Assault Defense. This empowering seminar teaches women and teen girls how to protect themselves in a physical and emotional attack to deal with conflict and conquer fear. Friends of Enchanted Rock Summit Trail project. Help rebuild the Summit Trail from the gazebo to the main dome. Dance classes. The Austin Ballroom Dancers invites people of all ages who enjoy Latin, swing and smooth dancing to classes and weekly dances. Partners aren’t required at the smoke-free and alchohol-free events.
