AMERICAN BEERS

American Beers used to be an afterthought when it came to taste and quality, but times have certainly changed. Today the U.S. is home to some of the healthiest and tastiest brews around. In fact, the nine we selected here get better ratios of alcohol to calories than any other beers in the world. Take a look and see if your favorite made the list.

Texas is a prideful, at times rebellious place, home to the hard-working American. It’d be a shame to let your hard work go to waste by drinking anything other than these lighter, yet tasty Texas brews.

SHINER LIGHT
A small town with the biggest name in Texas’ breweries has a light lager with a smooth, complex flavor. Shiner doesn’t go light when making this beer. The Munich malts, select hops and pure Artesian water help reduce calories and carbs while while maintaining a full-bodied taste.
