MENU ITEMS
The Coffee Bean will now serve fresh-baked bagels from local partner Bakermans Bakery. The bagels, including plain, cinnamon raisin and everything flavored, can be toasted on the spot and topped with cream cheese if requested.
One of the most popular items at The Coffee Bean is the STIR yogurt and oatmeal bar, and the topping selections continue to grow. Whether for breakfast, mid-day or after-dinner treat, guests may take advantage of favorites such as Blackberry Cobbler, Apple Pie, Banana Brown Betty, Banana Peanut Butter Crunch, Bananas Foster or Peaches n’ Cream. Yogurt and oatmeal concoctions can also be individually crafted with countless dried fruit, granola, fresh fruit, candy and nut toppings.
“We are pleased to add live music, new menu items and expanded hours at our first Austin store, based on feedback and requests from our guests,” said General Manager, Patrick Crawford. “We couldn’t exist without the support of the surrounding community and our neighbors, and we will look forward to adding new features whenever possible to make The Coffee Bean experience truly unique.”
The Coffee Bean features 20 varieties of the finest Arabica coffee from specially selected estates around the world, as well as an extraordinary collection of over 20 unique, hand picked, premium whole leaf teas harvested globally from exclusive tea growing estates. Each bean is custom roasted at The Coffee Bean’s roasting facility in Camarillo, Calif., resulting in the perfect roast every time, whether it is a light and subtle roast, a rich and smooth medium roast or a popular dark and distinctive roast. Its tea selection is equally diverse, including black, oolong and green teas, flavored teas, and several caffeine-free herbal and fruit infusions.
To help guests beat the summer heat, The Coffee Bean offers many refreshing options, ranging from fruit infusions to its renowned Original Ice-Blended? drinks. Among the most popular for staying cool include Mucho Mango FruTea, Swedish Berry Fruit Infusion, Pom-Blueberry Original Ice Blended, Green Tea Original Ice Blended and the new Chi Mate Original Ice Blended. There are also a number of kid-friendly choices, such as Frozen Lemonade and Pure Chocolate Original Ice Blended.
In addition to coffee and tea offerings, The Coffee Bean offers a wide array of fresh bakery items from select Austin artisan bakers, including Alexandra’s Cookie Dreams, Austinuts, Bakermans Bakery, Mary Louise Butters Brownies and Round Rock Donuts.
