This recipe is full of warming spices and detoxifying ingredients including lemon and turmeric, so you don’t have to sacrifice flavor when choosing a healthy side dish. Add eggs, tempeh or grilled steak for a satisfying meal!

Marinade Ingredients

3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 bunch cauliflower florets, chopped

Relish Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 ounces almonds, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh mint, minced
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 date, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the marinade with the cauliflower and toss until completely incorporated.

In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for almond relish.

Place cauliflower on a serving plate and garnish with relish.
