Total Mommy Fitness
WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THE WORKOUT?
This month’s featured workout brought me to beautiful Butler Park with Tatum Rebelle’s Total Mommy Fitness (TMF). I had the special privilege of ‘playing’ with some cute children while getting in a good workout.
TMF is a group dedicated to seasoned and pregnant moms where the focus is on fitness and interaction with children of all ages. Tatum has a very special gift of guiding each woman towards her goals and modifying exercises to suit all stages of “mommyhood.”
She has patience and energy throughout the workout and seems undaunted by many of the distractions children can bring.
Depending on a mom’s fitness level, the workout can be harder or easier. And she has a ton of fun exercises that really give you a great burn! Especially when you have children sitting on you throughout the workout. Haha.
The workout can be for any shape, age or fitness level and it really is a lot of fun. Even if you don’t have children! I had a blast!
I would encourage all you ladies who are trying to get pregnant and maybe aren’t joined in a supportive group like this to join in the fun with TMF and get to know the other moms. That way when your little blessing arrives, you’ll already be connected with a very special group.
Tatum genuinely cares about moms and has the knowledge and experience to back it up.
