Fun Factor: 2 (but Mariah was a 5!)
QUESTION & ANSWER with MO
Did you get your butt kicked? Yes!
Was it fun? The workout was a workout, but Mariah was fun!
What was the hardest exercise for you? I learned the clean and squat which I haven’t done before. It wasn’t that hard, just the amount of sets, reps and weights together was tough.
Was the workout more mentally or
physically tough? Physically.
What part of your body did it work the most?
I was sore mostly in my hamstrings and upper body from all the push-ups.
What was your favorite part of the workout?
Finishing! LOL! That’s always a sign of a great workout to me.
Your least favorite part? The push-ups.
The most challenging part? The “clean” part of the exercise. My forearms and wrists weren’t really used to the movement.
Would you do the workout again? Hmmm...probably only if Mariah was pushing me! I’d certainly leave out the all the push-ups. Did I say I don’t care for push-ups?
Had you every done anything like it before? Yes, similar training style but it’s always different with new trainers.
Could you have done it alone? Yes, now that I know how, but probably not with the same intensity.
How effective was the trainer? Mariah is very informative. She gives a great description of the exercise and the purpose, as well as having some fun with you.
What from the workout would you recommend? I would recommend Revelation Fitness to anyone looking to get in shape. They have a wide range of knowledge and skills to help anyone at any level.
Any parting thoughts? Stay Fit, Love Life and God Bless U!!
