Q&A with Monica

Q: Did you get your butt kicked?
A: Yes! This was a great workout. But I understand they tailor the classes to fit the individual. Some classes are more advanced and use the boots the entire time and some use them less depending on the skill/fitness level of the client.

Q: What was the hardest exercise for you?
A: The exercises weren’t that hard, just doing them with the boots was tough.

Q: Were you sore the next day?
A: Yes, I felt fatigued from the extra weight from the boots — mostly in the glutes and legs. Perfect!

Q: What part of your body did it work the most?
A: Definitely worked my lower body.

Q: Did you find the workout more mentally or physically challenging?
A: Physically.

Q: Was the workout more aerobic, anaerobic or both? A: Both for sure.

Q: Was it fun?
A: Absolutley!

Q: What was your favorite part of the workout?
A: Jumping on the boots!

Q: Your least favorite part?
A: None of it. Loved it.

Q: How effective were the trainers?
A: Both Stacey and Lyndley know their stuff and are fantastic examples of what they teach. Very inspirational ladies indeed.

Q: Would you do the workout again?
A: Already have!

Q: Could you do the workout on your own?
A: Not without the boots. It’s definitely fun to be with their group, too.

Q: What from the workout would you recommend to friends/clients?
A: All of it. I had some of my girlfriends attend a session with me to try it out. They all enjoyed it so much.

Q: Had you ever done anything like it before?
A: Nope, I’ve never done anything quite like it.

Q: Any parting thoughts?
A: Stay Fit, Love Life and God Bless U!!
