QUESTION + ANSWER

DID YOU GET YOUR BUTT KICKED?
Shoulders and glutes, yes.

DID YOU EVER FEEL OVER-EXERTED?
Nope, it was just right.

WHAT WAS THE HARDEST EXERCISE?
21s on the Bosu at the heavier weight were pretty challenging.

WHAT PART OF YOUR BODY DID IT WORK THE MOST?
Shoulders, glutes and core.

WAS THE WORKOUT MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY TOUGH?
Physically tough. My shoulders and glutes were definitely fatigued. But in all the right spots.

WAS IT FUN?
I loved training all three body parts, so yes, it was fun.

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF THE WORKOUT?
Having Alex do the short, backward-walking lunges with me. LOL!

YOUR LEAST FAVORITE PART?
Loved it all.

WOULD YOU DO THE WORKOUT AGAIN?
Absolutely!

HAD YOU EVERY DONE ANYTHING LIKE IT BEFORE?
Yes, I train with Brandon regularly, but he changes up the workouts each session.

COULD YOU DO THE WORKOUT ALONE?
Yes, but maybe not as heavy on the 21s.

WHAT PART OF THE ROUTINE WAS UNIQUE TO YOU?
The last rear delt exercise that tied in the side and rear delt nicely.

HOW KNOWLEDGEABLE WAS THE TRAINER?
Brandon is a very detailed trainer and has really been helpful in proper form, to ensure that I do not injure any joints while training with heavier weight.

WHAT FROM THE WORKOUT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS/CLIENTS?
All of the exercises. They target exactly where ladies want to target for glutes and lifting a little heavier on shoulders gives a nice ‘cap’ on the shoulders.
