Q&A with Monica
Did you get your butt kicked?
Yes, it was a great workout and today (the day after) my glutes are sore which is awesome!
Did you ever feel over-exerted?
Definitely during the 2nd timed “burpees.”
Those are tough!
What was the hardest part of the workout?
The ring body-weight pull-ups. Especially since I took some time off from my regular gym workouts.
What part of your body did it work the most?
All over — perfectly!
Were you sore the next day?
Yes.
Was the workout with Scott mentally or physically tough?
Physically.
Was it fun?
Yes, I loved it.
What was your favorite part of the workout?
The knee lifts into the mat.
The most challenging part?
The ring pull-ups.
Had you every done anything like it before?
Yes. Boot camps are a really great way to burn lots of calories and hit all parts of the body in a short period of time.
Would you do the workout again?
Yes, just the getting up at 4 a.m. is tough for me since I’m usually in bed around midnight to 1 a.m.
Could you do the workout alone?
Possibly, but would I? These kinds of workouts work best for me in the setting of a boot camp with others involved. It makes it more fun if we are all suffering together.
How effective was the trainer?
Scott has a passion for what he does and expects the best from everyone. He puts a lot of energy and thought into a great overall workout and it ends up being challenging for everyone.
What from the workout would you recommend?
I would recommend friends and clients go see Scott and participate in his Full Force Fitness Bootcamp.
Any parting thoughts?
Stay Fit, Love Life and God Bless U!!
