7) MARK SAUCEDO
Boot camps can be a great way to jump-start an exercise program or kick your current program up a notch. But having to report to a drill sergeant for a grueling hour of exercise is a thing of the past. The Zone Boot Camp (ZBC) is a modern approach to working out efficiently. Indoor camps are offered at both Austin and Round Rock locations for four-week periods. Craig Johnson is a fitness expert with more than 20 years of experience in the health industry and is the owner of a mobile fitness company called New Horizons Wellness and Fitness.
