 Bodies

vbodiesfitness.com

VBodies, a new Pilates and fitness studio on Mueller Blvd., specializes in Pilates, barre, personal training and restorative exercise. VBodies is unique in that each class size is limited so that each member gets the attention and assistance they need. Pilates workouts only allow a maximum of three people, and Barre Boot Camps are permitted six people. Matthew Carney, owner of VBodies, leads all workouts and has five years of classical, therapeutic and athletic styles of Pilates to his name. The studio uses a Pilates Powerformer, a signature machine invented to combine the effects of Pilates and weight training. The Barre Boot Camp includes a mix of kickboxing, weight training, cardio and studio barre.
