FREE YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING

- This Elite Youth Program will focus on proper form and mechanics while executing a large variety of dynamic movements. Each workout we will get your little athlete’s heart pumping, muscles burning, and brain working! Through this program it is our goal to not only let each athlete leave here feeling great and accomplished from the workout, but more importantly they will walk out of each and every workout having learned something new about their body and how it should properly move.

 

- We want to help your athlete perform and function to the best of their ability while keeping the risk of injury at its lowest possible point-- that is only done by creating great habits by running, jumping, and lifting the correct way!

 

- Each athlete will notice improvements in speed, agility, balance, coordination, jumping ability, strength, and overall athletic performance almost immediately!

 

- This is a donation based program. Your child can come train with us for FREE but we are accepting donations, when you can. Half the proceeds will go towards our gym while the other half will go directly towards different local nonprofits fighting to help abused children, child obesity, and other prevalent issues among our youth today. Recommended donation so that we can make an impact, $15+ per athlete, per class.

 

Wednesdays, starting Dec 20th

5:30pm for our “ROOKIES”(9-13 year olds)

6:30pm for our “D-1 PROSPECTS”(14-19 year olds)

 

- Coached by professional trainer-- voted Austin’s best 3x-- and former collegiate athlete.
