By quieting our minds & becoming physically still, we can meditate on Biblical truths & start a conversation with God through intentional prayer. Grounded in Scripture, every Atoning Yoga class contains a "breath prayer" that is inspired by a Bible verse & repeated throughout the entire practice. Classes are 60-minutes in length, always beginner-friendly, & focus on increasing balance, flexibility & strength in a gentle, restorative style yoga practice (it's also great for restoring good posture).
